MPPDC invites qualified firms with experience designing shoreline solutions to submit sealed
proposals to design a solution to keep sand from filling in a public boat ramp.

All responses to this Request for Proposal and any resulting contract shall be consistent with and
governed by the Virginia Public Procurement Act. The budget for this project is $40,000 and
MPPDC will not award a contract over the amount of $40,000.
