MPPDC solicits proposals from qualified firms with experience in public waterfront and public
access infrastructure assessment and design to conduct a region-wide planning project to address
the needs of commercial seafood and marine industries at publicly owned, rural, working
waterfronts in Virginia’s Middle Peninsula region.
